<table border="1" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" align="left"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width:512.75pt"> <p><strong>Title: </strong><strong>逆变器</strong>技术项目经理 Inverter Technical Project Manager (上海）</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td style="width:512.75pt"> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be responsible for the full technical delivery content of a System (defined as a Product aggregated by Subsystems HW/SW/ME/etc.) within the specified time, quality and cost to the satisfaction of the project stakeholders within High Voltage Electronics product development.</li> </ul> <p>负责在高压电子产品项目开发中，对所有项目利益相关方，完成系统方案的全部技术交付(包含结构设计， 硬件设计，软件工程等)。</p> <ul> <li>leads the technical communication with the customer, such as Project Status and Progress Reporting, Is the technically competent and trusted partner to the technical community of the customer</li> </ul> <p>带领项目团队做工程开发，是公司内部对外部客户的主要技术沟通和汇报窗口</p> <ul> <li>leads Technical Synchronization, Technical Change Management, Customer Requests, Findings Analysis and Resolution.</li> </ul> <p>带领项目团队做技术横展，技术工程变更管理，客户需求管理，及分析故障及失效问题</p> <ul> <li>Leads the sub-disciplines (e.g. HW, SW, ME, test, safety, Security,...) of the project and establishes adequate project organization for engineering (meeting structure, information/ knowledge exchange, documentation, archiving). </li> </ul> <p>管理项目组内各职能团队（硬件设计，软件开发，机械结构，测试，功能安全开发，信息安全开发等）的开发工作，包括：工作包，会议安排，技术讨论，技术文档管理等）</p> <ul> <li>monitors and prioritizes system engineering work packages and deliverables, As owner of system detailed schedule, including the sub-system milestones,</li> </ul> <p>作为系统开发的负责人， 对研发项目计划及里程碑（包含各子学科计划）负责。 履行对项目监督并及时调整工作包及交付物的优先级.</p> <ul> <li>Approves the technical Solution of the System and drives the System Release to the Stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p>评审并批准系统技术解决方案，并推动系统发布</p> <p> </p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td style="width:512.75pt"> <p><strong>Requirement:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor or above degree in engineering (Electrical/Automotive/semi-conductor or equivalent, power electronic preferred)</li> </ul> <p>本科及以上学历，工程专业（电气/汽车/半导体或相关专业，电力电子优先）</p> <ul> <li>at least 5 years of professional experience in NEV automotive sector and a technical background in automotive (system engineering and collaboration with interfaces hardware, software, test, etc.)</li> </ul> <p>5年及以上新能源汽车行业相关工作经验，具备汽车相关专业技术工作背景（系统工程及硬件、软件、测试等接口协作）</p> <ul> <li>Good knowledge in project management, insights in requirements and test management and knowledge of ASPICE compliant development and AGILE development approach</li> </ul> <p>熟悉项目管理，熟悉ASPIC系统开发流程，并能兼容敏捷开发</p> <ul> <li>Fluent English language, negotiation skills.</li> </ul> <p>英语流利，有谈判技巧</p> <ul> <li>Self-initiative and structured working style with coaching, mentoring and motivational skill</li> </ul> <p>工作态度积极主动，能带动并激发团队的主观能动性</p> <ul> <li>Ability to drive problem solving and finding of solutions</li> </ul> <p>具备解决问题和寻找解决方案的能力</p> <ul> <li>Leadership skills in coordinating teams and development in a complex system environment</li> </ul> <p>具备领导力</p> <ul> <li>Customer and quality orientation</li> </ul> <p>客户导向，解决问题导向</p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p> </p>
