As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.</p> <h2><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Your Key Responsibilities:</span></h2> <p style="text-indent:0.0in;text-align:justify;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:DengXian"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">-PCB material selection and evaluation across E-MOB projects, evaluate PCB stack up design and make PCB reliability test plan.</span></p> <p style="text-indent:0.0in;text-align:justify;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:DengXian"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">-Deep cooperation with PCB manufacturers, evaluate PCB manufacturing process ability, research and verify new process.</span></p> <p style="text-indent:0.0in;text-align:justify;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:DengXian"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">-Make material release and validation plan (polymer, metal, inorganic nonmetal materials), arrange material test, finish material introduction.</span></p> <p style="text-indent:0.0in;text-align:justify;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:DengXian"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">-Tight cooperation with global technical team, report native projects in time.</span></p> <p style="text-indent:0.0in;text-align:justify;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:DengXian"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">-Create PCB and material cost reduction ideas, evaluate and carry out full qualification.</span></p> <p style="text-indent:0.0in;text-align:justify;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:DengXian"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">-Lead in failure analysis topics regarding to PCB and material.</span></p> <h2 style="text-indent:0.0in;text-align:justify;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:DengXian"> </h2> <h2 style="text-indent:0.0in;text-align:justify;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:DengXian"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Your qualifications:</span></h2> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">-Master’s degree or above with metal or polymer material background, three years’ PCB manufacturing experience or material application experience.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:DengXian">-Fluent English (both oral and written).</span></span></p> <p>-Solid theoretical foundation in materials, familiar with various material properties and verification experiments.</p> <p style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:DengXian"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:DengXian">-Good problem solving skills and fast learning ability of new knowledge.</span><span style="font-family:DengXian">Outstanding communication skills and good team work spirit.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.5pt;font-family:DengXian"> </p><p>As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
