<p><strong>Your Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Global Job Name: Manufacturing Technology Eng.</strong></p> <p>OM and assembly equipment/tooling design, procurement, installation,debugging and validation, ensure the equipment is completed on time, within budget, and with high qualityImprovement and maintenance of OM and assembly process and equipment</p> <p>Development and validation of OM and assembly process and technology</p> <p>Productivity improvement-OEE/FPY/scrap reduction/labor cost optimization</p> <p>Preparation of work instructions and necessary resources</p> <p>Conduct the qualification and capability analysis of process changes</p> <p>OM和装配设备/模具（夹具）的设计、采购、安装、调试、验证。</p> <p>确保设备按时、按预算、高质量完成OM和装配设备设备及工艺的改善和维护</p> <p>OM和装配工艺和技术的开发和验证</p> <p>提高生产效率OEE/FPY/减少废品/优化成本准备操作指导书和其他指导文件</p> <p>过程变更的验证和能力分析</p> <p><strong>Your Qualifications:</strong></p> <p>Bachelor of Science or Advanced Degree in EngineeringMore than 3 years relative engineering work experience</p> <p>Know well Over molding and assembly technology, process, machine principle and application</p> <p>Experience of equipment layout design, tooling design and automation</p> <p>Experience of equipment layout design, tooling design and automation Team and communication skills</p> <p>Good English written and verbal communication skill</p> <p>Skilled in common office software, including MS Office and Minitab</p> <p>理工科本科或以上学历三年以上相关工程工作经验</p> <p>熟悉注塑和装配技术、工艺过程、设备原理以及应用具有设备布局设计、工装设计及自动化经验</p> <p>团队合作和良好的沟通能力</p> <p>良好的英语口语表达和书写能力</p> <p>熟练运用常用办公软件，MS office，MINITAB</p>
