Your Contribution Temporary contract until 31.03.2028 with the possibility of extension. Support global daily operations of the Global CoE for Engagement & Belonging, including coordination and documentationMaintain and update Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and Employee Engagement content across internal platforms (e.g., website, HR Brandhub) Prepare, adapt, and deploy marketing materials such as content, graphics, and images for global use Assist with communication and event-related tasks, including consent management, mailings, and distribution lists Manage user access for collaboration tools (e.g.,MS Teams channels) Process purchase orders, expense settlements, and invoicing for external vendors Your Experience & Qualifications Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Psychology with a major in Human Resources Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience with employee surveys, ideally in an international environment Solid experience in structuring and managing large volumes of data Strong business acumen and experience with stakeholders at different levels Experience in working in international projects and/or organizations Business fluent in English Very good Microsoft 365 skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel Our Offering Attractive salary package (including private health insurance) Becoming a member of a fast-growing team in an innovative company with stable market position Possibility to work for a well-known brand, a leader in Automotive industry whose products are highly recognized worldwide 25+ days annual vacation Flexible work schedule Do you have any questions?
