The Learning and Professional Development Division seeks a motivated and service-oriented Executive, Learning Systems and Applications to manage and support IAL’s learning systems, training operations workflows and learner support platforms. In this role, you will support the reliable delivery of learning systems and training operations while contributing to continuous improvement and digital learning innovation through AI-enabled applications, learning analytics, microlearning and digital content development.</div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:20.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">What You Will Be Doing</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Manage and support learning systems and learner support platforms, including the Learning Management System (LMS), web conferencing tools, plagiarism detection software and other digital learning applications.</li> <li>Monitor system performance, user access, licence utilisation and service issues to ensure stable and reliable daily operations.</li> <li>Provide advanced user and system support for escalated issues, including troubleshooting, incident resolution and vendor coordination.</li> <li>Support Training Management System (TMS), WSQ and TP Gateway workflows, including course setup, learner enrolment, submissions, documentation, certificate issuance and compliance-related requirements.</li> <li>Support skills credentialling, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) administration and related operational workflows as assigned.</li> <li>Maintain accurate records and documentation to support operational, compliance and audit requirements.</li> <li>Support the evaluation, testing and implementation of AI-enabled learning applications and emerging technologies in line with organisational guidelines and business needs.</li> <li>Design, produce and publish microlearning, video and digital learning resources to support professional development and learner engagement.</li> <li>Contribute to process improvement and productivity initiatives using digital tools and learning technologies.</li> <li>Use learning system and user data to identify trends, improve operational processes and enhance learner support.</li> <li>Support reporting and analysis to inform service improvement and decision-making.</li> <li>Work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, improve workflows and enhance service delivery.</li> <li>Coordinate with vendors on maintenance, system enhancements, service issues and follow-up actions.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Requirements</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Educational Technology or a related discipline.</li> <li>Candidates with a Diploma and substantial relevant experience in learning systems, training operations, digital learning or systems implementation may also be considered.</li> <li>At least 3 years of relevant experience in learning systems administration, LMS support, training operations, digital learning, educational technology or systems implementation.</li> <li>Experience supporting enterprise learning platforms, learner support systems or technology-enabled learning initiatives would be advantageous.</li> <li>Familiarity with WSQ operations, TP Gateway, training administration, skills credentialling or CPD administration would be advantageous.</li> <li>Interest or experience in AI-enabled learning applications, learning analytics, microlearning or digital content development would be advantageous.</li> <li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a service-oriented mindset.</li> <li>Meticulous, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li> </ul> The successful appointee will be based in IAL Campus located at Lifelong Learning Institute next to Paya Lebar MRT station.</div></div></div><h2 class="MsoNoSpacing">What We Offer</h2> At SUSS, we advocate the Spirit of Learning and pride ourselves as lifelong learners.
