<p><strong>Job Purpose</strong><br>Support production operations by carrying out post-casting finishing activities to ensure product quality and timely delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Perform water blasting to remove shell moulds from castings.</li> <li>Grind and finish cast parts, runners, risers, and gating systems.</li> <li>Conduct sandblasting of finished components.</li> <li>Inspect finished products and report defects or abnormalities.</li> <li>Operate finishing equipment safely and follow work instructions.</li> <li>Maintain good housekeeping and comply with safety requirements.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Secondary education or equivalent.</li> <li>Experience in foundry, manufacturing, or production environments is preferred.</li> <li>Physically fit and able to perform manual work.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Competencies</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Team player with a positive work attitude.</li> <li>Able to follow instructions and work independently.</li> </ul> <p> </p>
