Job Purpose The position is part of the Facilities Maintenance Team located at Woodlands RTS CIQ. Responsibilities Be the first line of response to all operational issues and breakdown fault cases; To respond and mobilise on site in the event whereby the breakdown requires after office hours and/or weekends; Perform hands-on maintenance to building facilities services which include electrical, mechanical and facilities equipment; Provide supervision and lead all maintenance and system takeover activities; Ensure all work performed by personnel and contractors is carried out in a safely manner; Ensure all works carried out are in accordance with Work Instruction(s); Perform and/or manage minor work repair/rectification to building or equipment; Troubleshoot operational and maintenance problems for all facilities equipment and building services system; Assist the Engineer in performing activities but not limited to: Engineering analysis or Root Cause Analysis on poor performing equipment; Prepare and submit Incident Report in a timely manner; Coordinate with QP and various internal / external stakeholders on Frie Certification activities; Keep track of all systems License renewal; Conduct regular inspection on existing building equipment and its serviceability status; Conduct regular preventive maintenance program to building equipment and services; Liaison with OEM/System Contractor for all building services; To achieve effective, economical and safe work operations of all building services; Liaison with stakeholder(s) on all maintenance program ensuring minimum disruption to their operations; Report all incidents, call-in and major maintenance activities on daily basis; Maintain and update documentation pertaining to facilities related work orders; To work on rotation 3-shifts; To carry out any tasks assigned by the superior as required. Qualifications & Work Experience Diploma in Project management, Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering / Building Services / Facilities Management with up to 3 years of relevant working experience or Higher NITEC / NITEC in Project management, Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering / Building Services / Facilities Management and more than 4 years of relevant working experience Skills Able to lead and supervise a team Must be self-motivated, resourceful, organized, independent and possess strong interpersonal & communication skills Able to communicate effectively and good team player Able to read simple electrical circuitry and engineering drawing Able to perform maintenance works at height with ladder and/or scaffold Able to carry maintenance related tools and equipment of weight not more than 20kg Able to work independently Able to work effectively under pressure Able to work in fast paced environment with changing priorities Able to work rotational shift Willing to work at night, weekends and/or public holidays May be redeployed to other facilities/projects to suit the needs of the Organisation.
