<p>We are looking for an individual who is passionate about assisting with program execution, member communication, and basic reporting while working closely with multiple hotel departments..</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key accountabilities</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Assist in the implementation of loyalty initiatives that enhance the guest experience and encourage repeat stays.</li> <li>Support the management of member rewards, tiers, and exclusive benefits.</li> <li>Help with daily loyalty program activities, including member sign-ups, points tracking, and redemptions.</li> <li>Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Rooms, Reservations, and Sales & Marketing to ensure smooth program execution.</li> <li>Support marketing campaigns that promote loyalty benefits and member engagement.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>General Requirements</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.</li> <li>Experience in Operations preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.</li> <li>Strong understanding of guest experience principles and hotel operations.</li> <li>Knowledge in CRM systems, loyalty platforms, and data analytics tools.</li> <li>Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>We are delighted to receive your resume for further consideration.
