In this role, you will support the development of our company's safety culture, advise and guide our leaders through safety and occupational health compliance matters, and assist in accident root-case sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Works closely with Operations and Engineering to establish safety objectives and strategies for safety training and audits.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Performs on-site field safety audits, site inspections, and on-the-job hazard analysis throughout the state.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Reviews contractor safety plans and reviews contractor job sites for compliance.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Provides technical and evaluation support for Safety and Health requirements in the field.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Develops training media to support and provides technical assistance for training courses, plans, and corporate initiatives.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Supports maintenance of company safety manual, including tracking change modifications, editing, and auditing to ensure compliance.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Coordinates training requirements with Operations Supervisors to ensure that team members complete training requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica,
