The GIS technology platform will be based on Esri ArcGIS technology hosted on an AWS Cloud environment. This role will be critical to defining the future state of GIS at PG&E, and developing robust systems interfaces based on industry best practices for DevSecOps.</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><br>The GIS Systems Interfaces Lead is a Tech Lead, Expert position within GIS COE and is responsible for overseeing the execution of systems interfaces development for the Elevate program. This will include systems interfaces between PG&E’s Enterprise GIS platform and other core mission critical platforms at PG&E including but not limited systems such as SAP, ADMS, Salesforce, Customer Care & Billing, and Snowflake. The primary technologies that will be leveraged for integration include MuleSoft, Safe Software FME, and AWS API Gateway. </span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><br>The successful candidate will have extensive experience in MuleSoft integration middleware, best practices, design and development for integration solutions. The successful candidate must have deep level knowledge of integration middleware, design patterns, and building reusable API’s, integration components, a broad IT technology skill set, along with very strong communication and collaboration skills. Will have a deep understand of industry standard DevSecOps technical frameworks, operations culture and a have “shift left” mindset. </span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><br>Directs both employee and contractor developer resources in delivering systems integration deliverables to PG&E product development teams. Partners closely with vendors Mulesoft, Safe Software, AWS and Esri to establish best practices for delivering robust systems interfaces. Responsible for conducting technology review meetings across GIS projects and for aligning to IT strategy, investments, components, structures, and processes, defined by the leadership team. </span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><br>Builds and maintains relationships with external Business partners for delivery of the technology architecture and code components to fulfill their business needs. The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity,<strong> </strong>specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. <strong>The range to reasonably expect will be around the minimum and the midpoint $140,000 - $189,000.
