The salary will be determined based on your knowledge, skills and competencies, and you’ll have room to grow after you join! </span> </li> <li>Ongoing training and development<br><span style="display:none"> </span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Control Centre Operator Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Fill in as needed for open positions within the Control Centre </li> <li>Answer incoming calls from Queue and direct to extension.</li> <li>Respond and Action emails in a timely fashion</li> <li>Create schedules in scheduling software. </li> <li>Maintain all schedules within portfolio of accounts.</li> <li>Fill all open shifts with the proper classification of guard.</li> <li>Responsible for confirming and approving billing and payroll for set portfolio of accounts.</li> <li>Investigate and resolve reported pay discrepancies.</li> <li>Maintenance of staffing requirements and extra coverage.</li> <li>Comply with scheduling instructions within procedures.</li> <li>Additional tasks as assigned</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Control Centre Operator Qualifications</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="background-color:white">1+ </span>years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Strong organizational and time-management skills</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Excellent written and verbal communication abilities</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">High attention to detail and accuracy</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The individual must be flexible and able to work upon short notice. </span></li> </ul> <p><br><span style="background-color:darkorange;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="background-color:white">This posting is for a position that is currently vacant within the organization.</span> </span><br><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span><span>If you’re interested in the position but your expectations don’t fully align with the provided range, we still encourage you to apply!
