Must be able to perform and respond in an extremely fast-paced, flexible, team-oriented, and collaborative environment. This is a hybrid role based in Colmar, PA. </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Primary Duties</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Develop strategic initiatives that monitor and improve Supplier performance by creating and executing corrective action and continuous improvement plans. </li> <li>Keeping Asia Contributors aware and involved in our sourcing strategies and leveraging them when necessary. </li> <li>Challenging the suppliers on costing when appropriate. </li> <li>Stocking program management, optimization and recommendations. </li> <li>ROI procurement decisions- challenging decisions where appropriate. </li> <li>Work with planning to recommend any hedge buy/ safety stock updates/ mrp controller changes based on supplier knowledge. </li> <li>Identify and develop sourcing plans for key commodities and/or products using strategic thinking and cross functional collaboration. </li> <li>Identify and deliver cost reduction commitments through the identification and development and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives. </li> <li>Evaluate and select suppliers to support both new product development and cost savings initiatives based on total cost and performance analysis. </li> <li>Identify and negotiate with suppliers to provide the best pricing, serviceability and quality leveraging tools such as commodity trends and market conditions.</li> <li>Support development and deployment of a Supplier Relationship Management program to manage all interactions with suppliers and ensures alignment with company and product strategies. </li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Qualifications</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, resourceful, and work well within a team environment. This role is also eligible for a bonus. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity.
