As we continue to grow, we’re looking for 2 motivated and passionate Brewers to join our <strong>Brewing Team</strong> on a <strong>Permanent Full-Time</strong> basis at our Murwillumbah Brewery.</p> <p><strong>What’s on offer?</strong></p> <p>We know that diverse teams brew better ideas—and beer! We’ll provide the training and tools you need—just bring your curiosity and drive!</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Shift requirement:</strong></p> <p>This is a rotating shift role across our 3-shift weekly pattern:</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li><strong>Day Shift:</strong> 6am – 2pm</li> <li><strong>Afternoon Shift:</strong> 2pm – 10pm</li> <li><strong>Night Shift:</strong> 10pm – 6am</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p> <p>We’re after people who bring energy, initiative, and a love of learning. You’ll be working closely with a skilled and empowered team, learning best-in-class brewing practices and helping to craft the beers we’re proud of.</p> <p><strong>A few things that will help you hit the ground running:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Experience in brewing, food/beverage production, or manufacturing (a plus, but not essential)</li> <li>A background in science, trades, mechanics, or engineering</li> <li>A curious mind and a passion for process, quality, and continuous improvement</li> <li>A reliable, hands-on approach with a team-first attitude</li> <li>And of course… a love of great beer!</li> </ul> <p>If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves, dive into the world of brewing, and be part of something special—we’d love to hear from you.</p> <p><strong>Already part of the Stone & Wood crew?</strong> Have a chat with your leader before applying.</p>
