<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p>The CTO Representative &amp; IMMEX Program Coordinator is responsible for managing international shipments and end-to-end IMMEX operations across the NLAR region, ensuring full compliance with Mexican customs regulations (IMMEX, Annex 24/30), AEO/CTPAT requirements and applicable trade agreements (USMCA). This role coordinates with customs brokers, logistics providers, procurement, production and finance to guarantee on-time clearances, accurate documentation, traceability of temporary imports, cost visibility and readiness for internal/external audits.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities IMMEX Program Management:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage and execute IMMEX import operations (temporary and permanent) including regimes IN, AF, V1, A3, F4, RT.</li> <li>Prepare, validate and maintain Annex 24 documentation (BOMs, consumption) and generate the required Annex 30 TXT files.</li> <li>Monitor and control virtual operations and changes of customs regime; ensure documentary evidence and approvals.</li> <li>Maintain IMMEX consumption and inventory records; reconcile variances and support adjustments.</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Customs &amp; Regulatory Compliance:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare and review customs documentation (pedimentos), certificates of origin, shipping manifests and other trade documentation.</li> <li>Coordinate and validate customs declarations with customs brokers and authorities.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with Mexican Customs Law, VAT rules, USMCA provisions, and regional trade requirements.</li> <li>Support and maintain requirements for AEO/CTPAT (or equivalent) certifications, including process controls and security profiles.</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Logistics &amp; Shipment Coordination:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate shipments import &amp; export : freight negotiation, booking, tracking, and resolution of transport issues.</li> <li>Evaluate and propose alternative transportation modes and solutions for cost/time optimization.</li> <li>Support setup and management of bonded/bounded warehouses and related customs procedures.</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Operational Controls &amp; Vendor Management:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Control and monitor customs brokers, freight forwarders and transport suppliers; hold regular alignment meetings and KPI reviews.</li> <li>Validate customs duties, taxes and other customs-related expenses; ensure accurate cost recording.</li> <li>Maintain control over import/export inventories (material, scrap, adjustments) and support cycle/inventory audits.</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Information Management, Reporting &amp; Analysis:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Reconcile and analyze data between systems (e.g., Data Stage, STX, SAP or equivalent ERP).</li> <li>Prepare and deliver monthly IMMEX &amp; trade compliance reports for management and auditors.</li> <li>Maintain KPIs for compliance, cost visibility and operational performance.Audits, Documentation &amp; Internal Controls:</li> <li>Prepare and organize documentation for internal and external audits; ensure 100% audit readiness.</li> <li>Document processes, maintain traceability of temporary imports and keep records accessible per security profiles.</li> <li>Participate in risk assessments, identify compliance exposures and propose mitigation actions.</li> </ul> <p><br><br><br></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor&apos;s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field (preferred).</li> <li>Experience: Proven experience in import/export operations, customs compliance and IMMEX program management (practical experience with Annex 24/30 strongly preferred).</li> <li>Technical knowledge: Familiarity with Mexican Customs Law, VAT, USMCA, tariff classification, AEO/CTPAT requirements.</li> <li>Systems: Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems and logistics/OTM tools. Ability to work with and reconcile data across multiple systems.</li> <li>Language: Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken). Portuguese is a plus.</li> <li>Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, process orientation, excellent communication and stakeholder management, ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred / Advantageous Certifications &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>AEO, CTPAT or similar security certification experience.</li> <li>Direct experience managing bonded warehouses or regional logistics projects.</li> <li>Experience negotiating international freight and managing customs broker relationships.</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>KPIs &amp; Expectations</strong></p> <ul> <li>100% documentation readiness for audits.</li> <li>>95% accuracy in IMMEX consumption and inventory records. Timely monthly IMMEX reports and cost visibility for management.</li> <li>Daily tracking / updates on purchase orders and import/export operations; rapid resolution of exceptions.</li> <li>Cost optimization targets for freight, duties and customs-related expenses (as agreed with management).</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Reporting &amp; Relationships</strong></p> <ul> <li>Reports to: Regional Logistics / Supply Chain Head or CTO (define per company structure).</li> <li>Key relationships: Customs brokers, freight forwarders, procurement, production/planners, finance, legal, warehouse operations, customers and local customs authorities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p> <ul> <li>Office-based with periodic site visits to manufacturing/warehouse locations.</li> <li>Occasional travel within the NLAR region to meet suppliers, customs authorities or support projects</li> </ul> <p> </p></div></div></div>
