related technical field or work-related experience of 3 years minimum.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">0–2 years of engineering experience with a degree, or relevant experience in a quality or quality-related environment.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience within aluminum beverage packaging, manufacturing, or quality systems is preferred.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Exposure to high-speed manufacturing, metal forming, or laboratory
