This role will help plan, coordinate, and execute projects while working closely with an experienced team of facilities technicians, contractors, vendors, engineers, and internal customers.</p></span></span></span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About the role - you will:</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:'Calibri', sans-serif"><p>The Facilities Engineer will work on-site at our Fremont, CA facility to evaluate facility systems, improve operational efficiency, support maintenance planning, and help ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Plan and support tool installations, facility renovations, equipment upgrades, and infrastructure projects.</li> <li>Review drawings, blueprints, specifications, reports, and facility data to support project planning and troubleshooting.</li> <li>Coordinate daily work with experienced facilities technicians and provide technical support as needed.</li> <li>Coordinate contractors, vendors, engineers, and internal customers during planning, design, construction, and maintenance activities.</li> <li>Prepare project budgets, schedules, reports, RFP/RFQs, change orders, and other required documentation.</li> <li>Monitor project progress, costs, contractor performance, and construction activities to ensure objectives are met.</li> <li>Support maintenance planning for facility infrastructure, equipment, utilities, and operational systems.</li> <li>Ensure work complies with building codes, safety requirements, environmental standards, permits, and company procedures.</li> <li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li> </ul></span></span></span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About you:</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:'Calibri', sans-serif"><ul> <li>Strong understanding of facility systems, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, life safety, and utilities.</li> <li>Experience with facility projects, tool installations, renovations, maintenance planning, or equipment upgrades.</li> <li>Ability to read drawings, specifications, blueprints, and technical documents.</li> <li>Ability to work well with technicians, contractors, vendors, engineers, and internal customers.</li> <li>Knowledge of building codes, safety requirements, permits, environmental standards, and compliance documentation.</li> <li>Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.</li> </ul></span></span></span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your experience includes:</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:'Calibri', sans-serif"><ul> <li>At least 3 years of facilities engineering, facilities project management, construction, or related experience.</li> <li>Experience using AutoCAD, Excel, and Microsoft Office.</li> <li>Knowledge of construction practices, building systems, regulations, and codes.</li> <li>Good communication, troubleshooting, collaboration, and project management skills.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or a related field.</li> </ul></span></span></span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Location:</b></H2> </div><div><p><p>Our Gold LEED-certified Fremont product-design campus drives innovation, bringing together a diverse set of engineering, design, operations, support and administrative teams.
