Job Description Role Purpose Support Corporate FP&A, management reporting, budgeting, MTP, financial analysis, dashboarding, and finance transformation initiatives to drive business performance and decision-making. Key Responsibilities Perform monthly and quarterly analysis of various P&L items and provide actionable business insights. Lead Budget, Forecast, and Medium-Term Plan (MTP) activities, including consolidation, review, and variance analysis for respective P&L areas. Review financial performance of subsidiaries and legal entities, ensuring accuracy and highlighting key business drivers. Prepare management reports, quarterly review presentations, and supporting analyses for senior leadership. Support impairment reviews, audit requirements, and validation of business assumptions. Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and automate reporting processes. Leverage SAP, SAP BW, and analytics tools to drive reporting efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Review accounting standard compliance and ensure accurate financial reporting across subsidiaries and legal entities Support strategic, transformation, and ad-hoc management initiatives. Work Experience Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience Education Post Graduation in Accountancy or Chartered Accountancy Masters in Finance or Finance Competencies Collaboration Stakeholder Management Result Orientation Developing Talent Process Excellence Customer Centricity Innovation & Creativity Strategic Agility
