Salary range: 13800-21200 PLN Contract of employment We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will join a banking project for an international Client. Your tasks: Analyze business use cases where AI/ML can support operations, risk, automation or decisioning. Define functional and data requirements for AI-enabled features or ML-supported processes. Capture input data, decision points, explainability, controls and human-in-the-loop requirements. Work closely with data/ML engineers to make requirements clear, feasible and testable. Support governance, compliance and operational readiness for AI-enabled components. Ensure delivered solutions meet regulatory and risk management requirements. Maintain effective communication with business, risk, and technology stakeholders. Your skills: Min. 4 years of experience as Business Analyst in a technology or banking environment Experience in using AI models Ability to perform functional and business analysis and manage a product backlog. Fluency in English Experience working in Agile methodologies. Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
