And above all, we have a particularly strong sense of team spirit – because the “We” in Webasto is your special plus.</p><p>Responsibilities<br>• Process and apply incoming customer payments <br>accurately and timely<br>• Investigate and resolve unapplied cash and payment <br>discrepancies<br>• Perform account reconciliations and support the monthend closing process<br>• Collaborate with customers, banks, and internal <br>stakeholders to resolve payment-related issues<br>• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company <br>policies<br>• Contribute to process improvements and operational <br>excellence initiatives<br>• Mantain and Update DeskTop Procedures</p> <p>Requirements<br>• Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or a related field.<br>• 2–3 years of previous experience in Cash Application, Accounts <br>Receivable, or Customer Financial Services (preferably in a <br>Shared Service environment).<br>• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel; <br>• Experience with SAP R3 or S/4Hana <br>• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages <br>are a plus<br>• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving<br>skills<br>• Highly organized, resilient, detail oriented, and able to take <br>ownership of tasks. <br>• Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing <br>multiple deadlines and priorities.</p><p>Become a part of our company: Additional information and the opportunity<br>to apply online can be found at <a href="https://www.webasto.com/caree">www.webasto.com/caree</a>r</p>
