Supporting the Head of Sales OEM Asia Pacific, Bearing & Industrial Solutions (BIS) Division</h3> <ul style="list-style-type:none"> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Preparing presentations and supporting Excel-related tasks</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Organizing meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and following up on action items</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Coordinating with stakeholders across different departments</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Managing schedules, travel arrangements, expense processing, and approval workflows</li> </ul> <h3>2. Communication with HQ, AP, and local management teams</h3> <ul style="list-style-type:none"> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Communicating effectively with headquarters, Asia Pacific, and local management</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Following up on key business projects and ensuring timely progress</li> </ul> <h3>3. Sales and gross profit analysis activities</h3> <ul style="list-style-type:none"> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Supporting activities to improve sales and profitability</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual planning</li> </ul> <h3>4.
