The role will partner closely with Plant Management and cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, support new product introduction, and enable long-term plant growth and footprint planning. <ul> <li>Lead and manage the Industrial Engineering & Technology team, including talent development and capability building.</li> <li>Drive product feasibility studies, risk assessments, and support new product development initiatives.</li> <li>Manage RFQ activities, Initial Order Process (IOP), and manufacturing cost estimations.</li> <li>Develop machine concepts, investment proposals, and project/product profitability analysis (PPA).</li> <li>Lead strategic plant footprint planning and long-term capacity planning in collaboration with Plant and Division Management.</li> <li>Drive process optimization, productivity improvement, and cost reduction initiatives across manufacturing operations.</li> <li>Manage budgeting activities including machine tariff calculations, MRP planning, and master data preparation.</li> <li>Ensure creation and maintenance of SAP master data including BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, and production structures.</li> <li>Oversee capacity management and RCNP (Rough Capacity Network Planning).</li> <li>Utilize Power BI and data analytics tools for management reporting and decision-making.</li> <li>Drive Value Stream Management through accurate manufacturing data analysis and machine allocation tools.</li> <li>Lead project management, product changes, and process change management initiatives.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Significant experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Production Excellence within a manufacturing environment.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems and manufacturing master data management.</li> <li>Expertise in capacity planning, process optimization, budgeting, costing, and investment planning.</li> <li>Experience in RFQ costing, product feasibility analysis, and new product introduction (NPI).</li> <li>Knowledge of Power BI, manufacturing analytics, and data-driven decision making.</li> <li>Strong project management and change management capabilities.</li> <li>Proven people management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.</li> <li>Experience working with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Technology, Finance/Controlling, HR, and Supply Chain.</li> <li>hands on with MTM, Process Mapping, Cycle time calculations, Grinding / honing technology, New product cycle time.</li> <li>BOM creation in SAP, routing activities in SAP, SAP HANA, New investments project, Plant Budgeting activities.</li> <li>Time study motion study, work place ergonomics, layout design, Profitability analysis product vise, foot print planning ( long term planning).</li> <li>Power BI and Excel tools, machine time calculations, capacity planning, change management, RFQ management.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Your Qualifications</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Production, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.</li> <li>Expereince - 12 - 18 Years.</li> <li>Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, industrial engineering principles, and production systems.</li> </ul> Locaion - Savli - Vadodara Work from Plant - 5 days week. </div></div></div>As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
