Our goal: to push the boundaries of sensor technology and empower innovators to make the world smarter, healthier and happier.</p> <p style="text-align:justify"><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Your new responsibilities</span></p><ul> <li>Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic projects and programs. Develop project charters, implementation roadmaps, resource plans, and governance structures and tools and templates.</li> <li>Ensure projects are delivered on scope, schedule, budget, and expected business value. Define corrective actions for deviations and assure in time escalation if required.</li> <li>Key contact for project/program stakeholders (including customer if required), manage interdependencies between projects, collaborate with involved departments within line organization.</li> <li>Act as the primary project interface for leadership teams and functional owners. Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and status updates. Periodic reporting of KPIs, metrics, project plans, resource requirements, risks and mitigations to steering management</li> <li>Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and EHS requirements.</li> <li>Track project budgets and resource utilization. Optimize resource allocation across multiple programs. </li> </ul><p><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Who we are looking for</span></p> <p><br><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Technical course or equivalent</li> <li>More than 5 years’ experience in semiconductor or electronics industry with focus on technology and/or manufacturing</li> <li>>5 yrs experience leading large-scale cross-functional projects.
