Our goal: to push the boundaries of sensor technology and empower innovators to make the world smarter, healthier and happier.</p> <p style="text-align:justify"><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Your new responsibilities</span></p><ul> <li>Contribute to technology transfer, development and ramp-up</li> <li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (process integration, equipment engineering, quality, R&D)</li> <li>Develop and optimize CMOS process modules within wafer fabrication</li> <li>Lead and participate in structured problem-solving to identify root causes of process-related issues and implement sustainable corrective actions</li> <li>Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to understand process interactions</li> <li>Analyze experimental results and draw technical conclusions</li> <li>Coordinate activities across global engineering organizations</li> </ul><p><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Who we are looking for</span></p> <p><br><ul> <li>Successfully completed studies in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering or similar</li> <li>Several years of experience (~ 2-5 years) in semiconductor manufacturing or a related field</li> <li>Understanding of CMOS process flows, device basics, and fabrication methods (e.g., lithography, etch, deposition, implantation, metrology)</li> <li>Data-driven mindset with exposure to engineering and analysis tools</li> <li>Initial experience in coordinating or contributing to technical projects</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach</li> <li>Collaborative mindset and ability to work in international teams</li> <li>Proactive and ownership-driven attitude</li> <li>Fluency in English</li> </ul> <p><br>We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.</p> <p>The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (<a href="https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/)">https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/)</a>.<br>We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.</p></p> <p><br>Please contact <strong>Stefanie Kleierl</strong> for further information via <strong><a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a></strong> or <strong>+49 (941) 8501391</strong>.</p>
