This role translates business challenges into scalable AI-enabled use cases that improve decision quality, productivity, and process standardization while maintaining alignment to West’s enterprise planning and operational framework. This individual partners closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Quality, DBI, and IT to ensure AI capabilities are applied responsibly and effectively to solve high-impact business problems. The role builds lightweight AI agents and prototypes where appropriate and collaborates with technical teams for scalable deployment of more advanced solutions.
