And are equally committed to creating a healthier environment and planet through our sustainability efforts.</p> <p>No relocation is provided for this opportunity.<br>This is an onsite position requiring the team emmeber to be onsite 5 days per week.</p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Visually review items according to applicable specifications and stated customer requirements</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Independently communicate observations with affected departments</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Report results in SAP</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Perform various control measurements on calibrated equipment (note that this is not a laboratory position, although some measurements are made)</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Act as a sparring partner within quality issues related to AQL </span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Support with visual inspections in relation to deviations, projects and complaints </span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ensure that instructions that support AQL-related work reflect current practice</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Participate in and contribute to quality improvement initiatives</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ensure that QA-related tasks are carried out and documented as agreed </span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Work Experience</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Experience from the production of Lined seals is an advantage, but not necessary</li> <li>Practical experience working with GMP, is an advantage but not necessary</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Knowledge of SAP and other IT systems, including the office package, is preferred</li> <li>You approach tasks systematically and structured and thrive on routine tasks</li> <li>You are quality-conscious, detail-oriented and have good eyesight (must be able to pass an eye test, possibly using your own glasses)</li> <li>You are committed and have a good mood</li> </ul></div></div></div><p><strong>Pay Transparency:</strong></p> <p>The annual base salary range for this position is kr347,072.00 - kr441,728.00. Total target compensation is determined using objective and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, market benchmarks, geographic location, and the scope and responsibilities of the role.</p> <p>This position may be eligible for variable compensation and other incentive programs in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans within the country of employment.
