Projects will be executed in accordance with internal processes and procedures and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations with internal and external partners. sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Managing, planning and supporting technical projects</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensuring projects are completed in a safe and timely manner.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Oversees equipment repairs leading the Maintenance team through root cause investigations.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Acts as a last escalation point for maintenance troubleshoots before they are escalated to the Engineering team.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Works with Engineering in the manufacture and start-up of new equipment, lead Maintenance in SAT completion.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Maintains machine and equipment drawings as needed.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Works with Engineering to ensure plant is in compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Documentation in West project management system, monitoring and regular reporting on budget and project status of assigned projects</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Interface the technical clarification with internal stakeholders, external planners as well as suppliers</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Works with HSE and engineering to ensure equipment meets OSHA requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Participate in incident investigations, FMEA’s, and direct completion of corrective actions.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Examine See-Do-Say and Continuous Improvement ideas for feasibility, and coordinate completion of chosen ideas.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Routinely evaluates and reviews employee performance and documents substandard behavior.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assumes responsibility for material purchasing as
