He or she is also responsible to ensure the delivery of every order to the customer in-full and on-time. This position is focused on customer satisfaction and replenishment cycles and works cross-functionally with Planning team, DC Operations team and Customer Care team. </span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES </strong></span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Direct intercompany flows for assigned TE plants and DC’s. </span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Manage and execute procurement and relating activities to ensure timely stock replenishment </span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">through PR to PO releases to intercompany plants. </span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Ensures Customer Orders are delivered on time and without issues by executing manual delivery </span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">orders and performs regular review with customer care. </span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Analyse and resolved critical exception messages, blocked customer orders, customer returns, </span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including Past Due to Request, STR and STS, and </span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Inventory. </span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Proactively identify opportunities to better serve our customers through cross-functional teams </span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">via inventory or improved delivery performance. </span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Maintain key master data attributes to ensure performance accuracy and adequate system </span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">governance. </span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What your background should look like</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• SAP (or other ERP software) – 3-5 years </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Understanding of MRP, Procurement Purchasing – 3-5 years </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Planning and experience in Supply Chain Management – 3-5 years </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities. </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Must be detail oriented and able to communicate to cross functional teams. </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Able and willing to work necessary hours to meet all project deadlines, travel when necessary. </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Develop mutually beneficial, respectful, and effective relationships with peers to ensure seamless coordination between departments, maximize synergy, and maintain a shared vision, strategy and focus. </span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><div>Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork</div></div></div></div>
