This role requires hands-on approach, strong analytical skills and understanding of international standards and test methodologies and supports the central T&V lab in Bangalore, collaborates with global engineering team to ensure validation activities meet with the required standards, cost and schedule goals.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Plan and execute validation and reliability tests for sensor products in accordance with global and customer-specific standards.</li> <li>Interpret and apply standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 17025, ISO 13485, AEC-Q100/102/103.</li> <li>Develop test procedures, and reports aligned with product requirements and regulatory needs.</li> <li>Develop and maintain test methods, fixtures and documentation in compliance with ISO 17025 requirements.</li> <li>Operate and maintain test equipment for electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing for maintenance, calibration and test efficiency.</li> <li>Analyze test data using statistical tools (e.g., Minitab), identify trends, and recommend design or process improvements.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and manufacturing to resolve technical issues.</li> <li>Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for test failures.</li> <li>Contribute to lab standardization and continuous improvement initiatives in test methods, automation, and lab efficiency.</li> <li>Ensure Test activities are executed safely in compliance with EHS safety, quality, and documentation standards in the lab environment</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What your background should look like</b></H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.</li> <li>Experience: 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in product validation, reliability testing, or test engineering preferably in sensors or automotive domain</li> <li>Experience in DV/PV test plan preparation, test execution, data analysis and test reports.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of environmental, mechanical, and electrical testing methods.</li> <li>Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., LabVIEW, Python) and data acquisition systems.</li> <li>Expertise in ISO 17025, IATF, AEC-Q qualification Test methodologies is a must.</li> <li>Skilled in use of DAQ, Oscilloscopes, Lab Instruments, Pressure / Vibration / Humidity, Climatic chambers, etc</li> <li>Proficiency in interpreting and applying international and customer-specific standards.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with test equipment and instrumentation.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile</strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <ul> <li>Energetic, execution-driven, and resilient under pressure.</li> <li>Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on go getter mindset.</li> <li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality, delivery and accuracy.</li> <li>Excellent communicator with the ability to work in cross-functional and global teams</li> <li>Self-motivated, proactive, passionate and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.</li> <li>Passionate about technology, testing and continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><div>Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork</div></div></div></div>
