<p><span id="cke_bm_465S" style="display:none"> </span></p> <p>Req ID 89397 | Guangzhou, China, Future Industry ZF Automotive Technologies (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd.</p> <p> </p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About the Team</b></H2> </div><div><div>Future Industry ZF Automotive Technologies (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. specializes in the development and production of Airbag Control Units (ACUs), delivering reliable automotive safety solutions and building long-term strategic partnerships with customers worldwide.</div> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you can look forward to as VAVE Supervisor:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leading and coordinating with cross function team on cost leadership activitities including cost engineering both design/production engineering, benchmarking, target cost setting, VAVE etc to support company business development with profitable growth</li> <li>Manage the identification of design and process changes related to Value Analysis / Value Engineering. Apply a variety of product design, material and process technologies.</li> <li>Evaluate cost reduction and product improvement ideas with respect to technical feasibility, financial benefit and customer acceptance.</li> <li>Ensure close cooperation with internal and external groups including Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, PM, Suppliers (and customers).</li> <li>Produce business cases for thoroughly and cross-functionally evaluated VAVE-changes and submit for approval by senior management.</li> <li>Participate in the coordination of engineering changes, tooling and process modifications, testing, PPAP, customer approval and manufacturing launch.</li> <li>Provide updates/presentations to management.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Profile as VAVE Supervisor：</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be highly motivated, assertive, able to work independently, manage projects to predefined timelines and deadlines and drive ideas through completion.</li> <li>Possess an understanding and ability to apply a variety of product design, material and process technologies.</li> <li>Possess knowledge and experience or alternatively learn value methodology to support workshops.</li> <li>Possess excellent interpersonal skills, creativity and a passion for cost reduction. </li> <li>Possess ability to communicate to both executive and lower levels of management through presentations and detailed analysis. </li> <li>Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt certification preferred</li> <li>Education: Minimum of bachelor’s degree in electrical or related engineering field.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why you should choose ZF in China:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Individual Growth: At ZF, you accelerate your career by working together across borders and cultures.
