You’ll provide discreet, polished, and attentive service to high-profile guests, ensuring the club maintains its premium atmosphere before, during, and after each event. <h2>Key Responsibilities:</h2> <ul> <li> Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.</li> <li> Have Game Specific Welcome Cocktail on serving tray 5 minutes before doors.</li> <li> Escort guests to their tables or lounge areas, offering personal assistance as needed.</li> <li> Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the club at all times.</li> <li> Assist with any requests, and guest amenities.</li> <li> Monitor guest satisfaction discreetly and report any concerns to supervisors.</li> <li> Reset all guest tables with linen folds, silverware, table snacks and table lamp.</li> <li> Polish all Silver and Serving Ware.</li> <li> Bag any novelty candies and snacks.</li> <li> Set out bagged snacks 10 minutes before game start in City Room and before gates open for International Room.</li> <li> Monitor Chefs tables: clean, replace serving ware, wipe glass, replenish food items.</li> <li> Be knowledgeable of all club offerings and timetables.</li> <li> Have bottled water presented to guests before Kick off/after halftime/and as guests are leaving the stadium.</li> <li> If a guest is leaving the club, pour any drink that is still in a glass into a Re-useable cup.</li> <li> Be able to serve guests beverage upon request.</li> </ul> </div></div></div>Apply to Levy today!
