From day one, you&apos;ll be a trusted member of our HCP Marketing team in Norway, working alongside experienced brand leads who will give you real responsibility, real projects and the space to grow. You&apos;ll see how a global company brings its brands to life locally – and you&apos;ll have a front-row seat to the impact your work has on healthcare professionals and patients.</p> <p> </p> <p>Day-to-day your tasks will include:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Supporting brand planning and marketing execution for our diabetes and obesity brands – contributing to projects, task forces, brand planning activities and preparation of presentations, including visual and graphic elements</li> <li>Producing digital and print content such as ads, pre-approved emails (RTE/BCE), IVA/CLM, brochures, one-pagers and field force materials – making sure everything aligns with Novo Nordisk&apos;s visual identity</li> <li>Collaborating with internal content producers and external graphic agencies, translating and adapting global material, and helping develop and maintain pages on Brand Pages</li> <li>Helping plan and execute our multi-channel engagement strategy – contributing in setting up new customer journeys, producing RTEs and BCEs in Easy Brief 2.0, updating the journey planner and liaising with the external partners on digital materials</li> <li>Gathering and systematizing data and insights from IO Engage, the Content Hub and event journeys in close collaboration with the CE-team, and supporting market research for diabetes and obesity</li> <li>Assisting and contributing on external events and internal engagement activities such as sales conferences and company days</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your new department</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>As part of International Operations, you will join our largest operational unit.
