This includes applications engineering efforts related to all Land, Sea & Air products and chemistries.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Follows all company policies and procedures as listed, but not limited to: warranty, safety, environmental, OSHA, DOT Hazmat, ISO9000 and AS9100.</li> <li>Occasionally travels to customer sites to inspect, evaluate, diagnose, and repair EnerSys batteries and associated equipment.</li> <li>Provides technical assistance to various EnerSys customers during storage periods, battery installations and maintenance availabilities.</li> <li>Coordinates with EnerSys laboratories for the removal, disassembly, and analysis of batteries to detect defects and/or better understand performance.</li> <li>Diagnoses and troubleshoots battery monitoring equipment as well as other associated vehicle (aircraft, land vehicle, submarine, robotic) electronic equipment related to EnerSys batteries.</li> <li>Provide technical support to end users through assistance in the selection of the appropriate product and battery technology followed by training on the proper use and maintenance of EnerSys batteries in their applications and then, as needed, help in resolving any application issues that may arise. Provide feedback to EnerSys Product Engineering so that continuous improvement in products is achieved and customer satisfaction is enhanced.</li> <li>Provide additional assistance on an as needed basis to other members of Sales, Service, and Engineering teams on special projects as they develop through the normal course of business.
