Als Assistenz der Geschäftsführung / Projektassistenz unterstützt du die Geschäftsführung im Tagesgeschäft und wirkst an Immobilienprojekten mit – von der Baurechtschaffung bis zur Projektsteuerung, vom Terminmanagement bis zur Entscheidungsgrundlage. Deine Aufgaben Du unterstützt die Geschäftsführung im operativen Tagesgeschäft und sorgst für strukturierte, verlässliche Abläufe. Du arbeitest im Projektmanagement von Immobilienprojekten mit, insbesondere bei Baurechtschaffung, Projektkoordination und laufenden Projektaufgaben. Du koordinierst Termine, Aufgaben und Projektbeteiligte, hältst Fristen nach und sorgst für Transparenz bei offenen Themen. Du bereitest Meetings vor und nach, erstellst Präsentationen, Protokolle und Entscheidungsgrundlagen. Du unterstützt bei Controlling, Reporting sowie bei der Verwaltung und Nachverfolgung projektbezogener Verträge und Unterlagen. Du übernimmst administrative Aufgaben wie Korrespondenz, Dokumentenmanagement und die professionelle Aufbereitung von Unterlagen. Das bringst du mit Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – idealerweise mit Bezug zu Immobilienwirtschaft, Betriebswirtschaft, Architektur oder Bauwesen. Du bringst Erfahrung in Assistenz, Projektassistenz oder Projektmanagement mit; Kenntnisse aus der Immobilien- oder Bauwirtschaft sind ein Plus. Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Themen den Überblick. Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office; Erfahrung mit Projekt-, Dokumenten- oder Kollaborationstools ist von Vorteil.
