This position provides daily operational oversight for three Martin Health hospitals, ensuring excellence in patient dining services, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and operational execution. Must reside in Stuart, FL or Port St Lucie, FL. The Senior Systems Operations Director will work closely with Directors of Dining Services, Operations Managers, Executive Chefs, and frontline leadership to drive key performance indicators (KPIs), improve operational efficiencies, and support a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position that spends time in each hospital, coaching teams, identifying opportunities, and ensuring consistent execution of Morrison Healthcare standards.
