This role works closely with other team members, and global contacts in Operations, Supply Chain, and business leaders. This role reports to the Regional Master Data Supervisor.</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong><u><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Responsibilities</span></u></strong></p> <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Review creation and change requests for accuracy, respond to master data queries and setup of required master data.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Use specific master data systems and execute transactions required for setup and change master data.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Test newly created applications for correctness and adherence to master data processes.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Assist and support audits by gathering data, documents and information.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Collect and prepare reports to stakeholders/project team within specific functional area. Prepare mass load data collection files.</span></li> </ul> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong><u><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Experience and Skills</span></u></strong></p> <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Bachelor's degree in business, technical, Supply Chain, or other related fields or equivalent experience;</span></li> </ul> <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Basic understanding of master data processes, critical data elements, and Lubrizol systems in one functional area;</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Basic transactional knowledge of system to use (e.g. SAP, CMRP, SAR, QAD…);</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Basic knowledge of Master Data tables and fields in one functional area;</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Advanced level of English proficiency;</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Willingness and ability to learn audit processes, systems used, and compliance requirements;</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Basic knowledge of principles of digital tools (MS Forms, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Sharepoint, DataLake, RPA's) used within master data;</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Moderate knowledge of excel and tables within ERP systems;</span></li> </ul> <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Strong organizations skills, attention to detail and time management.</span></li> </ul>
