Bombela Maintenance is looking to recruit 1 x Warehouse Driver and Site Fleet Coordinator The purpose of this position is to safely transport goods, materials and equipment between the warehouse, sites, suppliers, while also coordinating the day-to-day management of the site fleet. The role ensures that deliveries are completed on time, warehouse movements are accurately recorded, vehicles are roadworthy and compliant, and fleet usage is well controlled. <h2 style="margin:15.0pt water, fuel, licence discs and general roadworthiness.</li> <li style="line-height:120%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Maintain vehicle inspection sheets, logbooks, mileage records, fuel slips, service records and fleet-related documentation.</li> <li style="line-height:120%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Monitor vehicle service intervals, licence renewals, repairs and maintenance requirements.</li> <li style="line-height:120%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Arrange vehicle bookings for servicing, repairs, inspections and tyre replacement as required.</li> <li style="line-height:120%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Report vehicle defects, accidents, breakdowns, traffic fines and misuse immediately to management.</li> <li style="line-height:120%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Track fuel usage, mileage, vehicle utilisation and fleet costs, and provide regular updates to the supervisor or manager.</li> <li style="line-height:120%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Ensure drivers using site vehicles have valid licences, authorisation and comply with company fleet procedures.</li> <li style="line-height:120%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Promote safe driving practices and compliance with company policies, road traffic regulations and health and safety requirements.</li> </ul> YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: <ul> <li style="line-height:120%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Antarctica Standard';color:#1e3246">Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent qualification, with a valid driver’s licence and Professional Driving Permit where required.</li> <li style="line-height:120%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Antarctica Standard';color:#1e3246">Previous experience in warehouse driving, deliveries, fleet support, logistics assistance or a similar operational role</li> <li style="line-height:120%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Antarctica Standard';color:#1e3246">Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, stock handling, delivery documentation, vehicle checks, maintenance scheduling and fleet administration.</li> <li style="line-height:120%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Antarctica Standard';color:#1e3246">Computer literacy with the ability to maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, logbooks, fleet logs and supporting documentation.</li> <li style="line-height:120%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:'Antarctica Standard';color:#1e3246">Safe, responsible and reliable
