This is a highly collaborative role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and turning training requirements into practical, fit-for-purpose solutions.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Role Details</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Location:Macmahon Head Office – Perth (Near T2) </li> <li>Roster: 5:2 Monday to Friday </li> <li>Competitive benefits package including: <ul> <li>Paid Parental Leave for primary carers </li> <li>Retail discounts (including homewares, outdoor gear, fuel and groceries) </li> <li>Novated leases </li> <li>Comprehensive wellbeing program </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Support the rollout, implementation and optimisation of training systems across Macmahon operations.</li> <li>Partner with site leaders and training teams to improve capability outcomes.</li> <li>Deliver workshops, coaching and training sessions for operational personnel.</li> <li>Develop practical learning resources, guides and support materials.</li> <li>Support workforce competency, compliance and capability reporting requirements.</li> <li>Assist with learning system administration, data integrity and continuous improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Contribute to business improvement projects, system enhancements and change initiatives.</li> <li>Travel to operational sites to provide hands-on support and stakeholder engagement.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You’ll Bring </strong> </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Experience delivering training within operational, industrial, mining or heavy industry environments.</li> <li>Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.</li> <li>Experience working with Learning Management Systems and digital training platforms.</li> <li>Experience with Cloud Assess, SuccessFactors LMS or Articulate.</li> <li>Strong facilitation, coaching and problem-solving capability.</li> <li>High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.</li> <li>Sound Microsoft Office skills.</li> <li>Willingness to travel to operational sites as required.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Highly Regarded</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Mining or resources industry experience.</li> <li>Experience implementing training systems or capability programs.</li> <li>Knowledge of competency-based training and assessment.</li> <li>Project management or business improvement experience.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why Macmahon? </strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Work with people who know their stuff and back each other, within a respectful and genuine culture.
