<p><strong>Location: </strong>Mukwonago, WI</p> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong> M-F 6:30a.m. - 3:00p.m.</p> <p><strong>Join our team and Be You Be Aptar.</strong></p> <p>As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for</p> <ul> <li>Support the Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing warehouse operations, including performance, inventory, supplies, and resource utilization.</li> <li>Assist with workforce planning and daily warehouse activities.</li> <li>Lead Material Handlers in maintaining inventory accuracy and the efficient movement of raw materials and finished goods.</li> <li>Monitor daily schedules, address operational delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.</li> <li>Support initiatives related to safety, training, preventive maintenance, cost reduction, staffing, and housekeeping.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace standards.</li> <li>Verify employee attendance and manage shift staffing requirements.</li> <li>Prioritize workloads and assign tasks to Material Handlers.</li> <li>Lead problem-solving efforts and escalate issues to the Shift Supervisor when necessary.</li> <li>Promote a positive work environment and uphold standards of conduct.</li> <li>All other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who We are Looking For</strong></p> <p><strong>Education</strong></p> <ul> <li>Highschool Diploma/GED</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience & Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous warehouse experience required.</li> <li>Forklift operation experience preferred.</li> <li>Proficiency with computer systems; experience with material management software is a plus.</li> <li>Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.</li> <li>Ability to train, coach, and mentor team members.</li> <li>Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience conducting employee training.</li> <li>Knowledge of inventory management practices.</li> <li>Experience supporting housekeeping and safety programs.</li> <li>Ability to assist with performance evaluations and workload distribution.</li> <li>Participation in quality and continuous improvement initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who We are</strong></p> <p>At Aptar, we leverage insights, design, engineering and science to develop drug and consumer product dosing, dispensing and protection technologies for many of the world’s leading brands.
