The Role We are currently looking for Survey Interviewers for Luton Airport and candidates would have previous customer experience. The role of Survey interviewer is to collect information on the characteristics of air passengers through face-to-face interviews at airside locations: <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">To approach air passengers to seek their cooperation with the survey</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">To obtain accurate information from air passengers both on their journey and their personal details using a pre-set questionnaire</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Use judgement to consider the answers given to questions and probe where these seem unusual or inconsistent and revise the recorded answer if appropriate. Indicate on the questionnaire where it is believed that false information has been deliberately given</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Maintain a strict systematic random sampling scheme to ensure integrity of survey results</li> </ul> Shift patterns would be between 6am and 10:30pm – this would largely depend on passenger numbers coming through the airport. Heathrow requires early starts of 6am so candidates should live within a commutable distance for shift times. About You Previous customer service experience and knowledge of the airport/aviation industry would be beneficial. Previous experience with market research is advantageous but not essential. Must be able to read, understand and speak English fluently, the ability to speak other languages would be an asset. Experience of working autonomously and without supervision. Candidates should be available to work over all days of the week with a mixture of early and late shifts for 10 shifts per month. What Can We Offer You?
