Assisting the Head of Revenue Protection in preparation and management of service budgets and Ensure expenditure is monitored against the budget. 2. Meeting the Key Performance Indicators. Stakeholder / Customer 1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction via KSS (Keolis Signature Service) standard. 2. Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders. Operational 1. Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance. 2. Support Revenue Protection teams, ensuring the team is performing to the required standards. 3. Perform and carry out other duties as instructed / directed by the Head of Revenue Protection. 4. Ensure compliance with the Keolis-MHI Management System and all relevant business processes, procedures and work instructions to deliver all work with appropriate quality and governance standards. 5.
