Closing date: 24/07/2026 Number of positions: 1 Recruiter name: Reem Mansoor Reference number: 71657 Workplace Type: Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital | Abu Dhabi | United Arab Emirates MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To ensure sufficient store supplies are available for patient care KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS To ensure efficient distribution of medical consumables to Inpatient and Outpatient units according to requisitions to ensure optimal patient care and safety Monitor stock levels and ensure sufficient supply is available and perform monthly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy is maintained Manage the stock receiving process for the business unit store, including unpacking and organising of stock as per company standard To resolve any stock queries and concerns raised by internal stakeholders To manage the overall cleanliness of the store REQUIRED EDUCATION A secondary school qualification (Grade 12) REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Relevant pharmacy store experience in a healthcare pharmacy setting REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications Knowledge of medical consumables Medical terminology Numerical literacy Stock taking principles and procedures All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given to the designated groups in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Emiratization Program.
