What to Expect: As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a crew of skilled trades professionals to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities. This role combines maintenance leadership, equipment reliability, workforce development, safety quality, and persistent improvement. You will engage with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and external partners to improve plant performance, support digital manufacturing initiatives, and drive future-ready maintenance practices. The role is primarily assigned to the late shift and may require flexibility to support alternate shifts and weekend operations as required. This position is an existing vacancy.
