<p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>The Electro-mechanical Technician assist and support the Electrical Engineer in projects as well as Maintenance &amp; Improvement works for Production Plant Equipment as well as lighting &amp; power installation in the factory.</strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Carry out routine Maintenance &amp; Improvement (M&amp;I) for plant equipment, lighting, and power installation.</li> <li>Carry out repair and improvement work as required.</li> <li>Calibrate, maintain and repair of pneumatic and electronic instruments.</li> <li>Carry out bench fitting jobs.</li> <li>Update schematic, single line diagrams and programme as necessary.</li> <li>Ensure that all tools and test instruments are in good condition.</li> <li>Ensure smooth operation of plant equipment and carry out trouble-shooting related to equipment malfunction.</li> <li>Any other duties as assigned from time to time.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Will Make You Successful</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Proficient in workshop practice.</li> <li>Basic skill in the service and operation of hydraulic and pneumatic system.</li> <li>Proficiency in Welding Arc &amp; Tig Welding is a bonus.</li> <li>Diploma in Electrical, Electronic Engineering.</li> <li>Able to read technical drawings, electrical diagrams and write PLC programme</li> <li>NTC-2 Electrical Installation + Servicing with 2-year experience.</li> </ul>
