About this role
<div> <div> <div> <p>We will require the following intern to identify HR gaps and proposed improvement on existing HR processes.</p> <p>It gives HR more time to focus on strategic activities and interactions with management and employees.</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Analyze HR data, identify trends, and provide insights that improve HR processes</li> <li>Redesign/simplify HR process to allow HR team members to perform higher value/strategic tasks</li> <li>Minimize errors and repetitive administrative work</li> <li>Create positive employee experience through enhancing the quality and delivery of HR services</li> <li>Assist HR Executive in Orientation and Onboarding Process, Training Arrangement, Recruitment, Exit Interview, etc.</li> <li>Performs other HR/ad hoc duties as assigned.</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> <div><strong>Job Requirements</strong> <div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.</li> <li>Digitalization</li> <li>Multi-tasking</li> <li>Positive attitude</li> <li>Willingness to learn</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div>
