Location: Dong Nai, Vietnam POSITION SNAPSHOT Working location: Nestlé Dong Nai Factory (Bien Hoa 2 IZ, Dong Nai) Working time: Mon – Fri (08:00 – 17:15) Reporting line: Engineering Manager KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the planning and execution of civil and infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality standards Coordinate internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction methods to ensure compliance with project requirements Monitor project scope, schedule, resources, and risks to support effective project delivery Ensure all project activities comply with Nestlé safety, health, environmental, and engineering standards, as well as local regulations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver facility improvements, infrastructure upgrades, and operational enhancement initiatives Promote the development and implementation of sustainable and environmentally responsible engineering solutions throughout the project life cycle REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline Good command of English Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering, construction project management, or industrial project execution Experience working on building, infrastructure, renovation, or facility improvement projects Experience coordinating contractors, consultants, and suppliers during project execution Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, industrial, or similar environments is an advantage Technical Skils Good understanding of civil construction, infrastructure works, and construction methods Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents Knowledge of project planning, contractor management, and construction safety practices Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications Competencies Good project coordination and stakeholder management skills Good problem-solving and analytical thinking Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment Proactive, organized, and results-oriented OUR PERKS WORKING AT NESTLÉ Guaranteed 13th & 14th month salary Performance bonus & annual salary review Premium healthcare insurance for employee Shuttle buses provided from HCMC & additional transportation support Career development & coaching We are Nestlé, the largest food and beverage company.
