The role involves leading pilot initiatives and scaling up Direct Seeded Rice operations in the Philippines through customized offerings. This position requires collaboration with commercial teams, cross-functional partners, and relevant government or industry stakeholders.</p> <h2>Location</h2> <p><strong>PH - Taguig/Canlubang office</strong></p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Strategic Ownership</strong>: Co-own the vision and roadmap for Rekta Ektarya in the focused geography, with plans for nationwide expansion across the Philippines.</li> <li><strong>Execution & Scale-Up</strong>: Lead the implementation of Rekta Ektarya in pilot geographies and drive commercial scale-up in identified areas.</li> <li><strong>Workstream & Resource Planning</strong>: Develop geography/cluster-specific workstreams for Rekta Ektarya rollout. Allocate necessary resources and plan digital/physical training.</li> <li><strong>Digital Implementation</strong>: Oversee the deployment of digital interfaces for farmer registration, data recording, and monitoring.</li> <li><strong>Stakeholder Alignment</strong>: Coordinate with the commercial team on Rekta Ektarya activities from farmer engagement to linking channel partners for distribution.</li> <li><strong>Agronomic Support</strong>: Ensure delivery of agronomic packages to registered farmers through various platforms and conduct regular follow-ups.</li> <li><strong>Monitoring & Reporting</strong>: Lead bi-weekly reviews of project progress and monitor for potential issues, coordinating rapid responses as needed.</li> <li><strong>Farmer Engagement & Documentation</strong>: Document the adoption journey of Rekta Ektarya farmers, including feedback for continuous improvement.</li> <li><strong>Partnership Development</strong>: Collaborate with external stakeholders to scale the Rekta Ektarya system across the country.</li> </ul> <h2>Key Working Relations</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Internal Teams</strong>: Collaborate with the Rice Team, Marketing, CAM, MD & Sustainability Teams, Unit Leadership & Commercial Squads, and Field Execution Teams.</li> <li><strong>External Partners</strong>: Engage with service providers, state agricultural universities, local government units, cooperatives, and farm clusters.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications & Competencies</h2> <ul> <li>Strong background in agriculture, agronomy, or rural development.</li> <li>Graduate in Agriculture or Business (Management education and agronomic knowledge on rice is an advantage).</li> <li>3–5 years of experience in agriculture/rural industry and government stakeholder engagement.</li> <li>Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and digital tools.</li> <li>Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive field execution.</li> <li>Passionate, collaborative, and capable of independent work to deliver results.</li> <li>Adaptable to changing landscapes with a venture mindset.</li> <li>Strong analytical abilities, communication skills, leadership qualities, and a positive attitude.</li> <li>Ability to network effectively across functions and with external agencies.</li> </ul><table
