sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion of refurbishment and construction projects.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Coordinate project activities with Operations, Store Management, consultants, Quantity Surveyors (QS), contractors, and suppliers.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Supervise civil refurbishment and construction works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Conduct regular site inspections, monitor contractor performance, and ensure timely rectification of defects and non-conforming work.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Coordinate refurbishment activities, including night work where required, to minimize disruption to store operations and ensure timely handover of work areas.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement appropriate mitigation and recovery actions.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Verify completed work and contractor payment claims in coordination with the Quantity Surveyor, where applicable.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Monitor project costs against approved budgets and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress and inspection reports.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Coordinate project completion, final inspections, handover activities, and close-out documentation.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.</span></li> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, Building Construction, Project Management, or a related field.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Minimum of 2 years' experience in civil construction, refurbishment, fit-out projects, or site supervision.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, quality standards, and the ability to interpret construction drawings.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience in site supervision, contractor coordination, project scheduling, and progress monitoring.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality
