We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Associate Consultant - SAP HCM The selected candidate will report to the Senior Consultant – Core solutions and Services. . The Associate Consultant – SAP HCM will be responsible for: Monitoring the helpdesk system, managing incidents and service requests, and resolving SuccessFactors/ESS login issues. Supporting HRIS operations, including SuccessFactors configuration, payroll configuration, system testing, integration monitoring, license management, and system upgrade testing. Documenting client requirements, preparing user guides and knowledge base articles, and handling ad hoc reporting requirements. Conducting demonstrations, knowledge transfer sessions, and independently handling assigned service requests. . The ideal candidate should possess: A degree or equivalent qualification (completed or final year) in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline. Hands-on experience with the SAP SuccessFactors user interface and basic knowledge of payroll processes. Prior HR experience of 6 months to 1 year will be an added advantage. Good communication skills in English and Sinhala. Strong analytical, problem-solving, logical thinking, teamwork, and research skills, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and innovations.
