<p>The Sizewell C Jobs Service supports local people into exciting, long-term careers across our Project.#SZCJobs</p><p> </p> <p> </p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong>Foreman (Sizewell C)</strong><br><strong>Venesky Brown </strong><br><strong>Sizewell C</strong></p> <p><br>Venesky-Brown are looking for an experienced Foreman / General Foreman to work with a contractor delivering civils works packages on the off-site infrastructure works at the Sizewell C project in Suffolk.</p> <p><br>This role requires someone with strong highways, earthworks and drainage experience who is confident supervising gangs, coordinating daily site activities and driving works forward safely and efficiently.</p> <p><br><strong>Duties will include:</strong></p> <p><br>Supervising site teams, gangs and subcontractors<br>Managing daily works across highways, earthworks and drainage<br>Setting teams to work and monitoring productivity<br>Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to specification<br>Carrying out briefings and ensuring RAMS are followed<br>Liaising with site management, engineers and other trades<br>Reporting progress, issues and delays to the site team<br>Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site</p> <p><br><strong>Qualifications </strong></p> <p><br>CSCS Gold card or above<br>SSSTS or SMSTS<br>Desirable:<br>First Aid</p> <p><br><strong>Essential requirements:</strong></p> <p><br>Previous Foreman or General Foreman experience<br>Strong highways, earthworks and drainage background<br>Experience supervising civils gangs on major infrastructure projects<br>Strong understanding of site health and safety<br>Ability to manage labour, plant and materials<br>Good communication and leadership skills<br>Temporary Works awareness<br>Previous major infrastructure or nuclear project experience</p> <p><br>Overtime rates payable after initial 10hours worked per day Monday to Friday and all hours on Saturday and Sunday. <br>Accrued holiday pay and employee pension scheme.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p><p> </p> <p>For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
