The role provides operational, technical and data support across HR systems, working closely with HRIS Product Owners, HR stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors. In addition to supporting day-to-day operations, the position contributes to system enhancements, testing activities, releases, process improvements and digital transformation initiatives that enhance the employee and HR experience. This role offers an opportunity to gain exposure to enterprise HR technologies, global HR processes and large-scale HR transformation programs while developing expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HR systems and related digital solutions.
